Obtaining and agreement of technical requirements for the connection of the object to the engineering facilities
Goal
Implementation of investment production project for production of steel-making
and foundry rolling in the Rostov region/Russia. Connection of the abuilding
object to the Unified National power Grid (UNPG).
Our steps
- Specification
of initial data for the scheme development of the Customer's object connection
to the Unified National Power Grid (UNPG).
- Drawing up and presenting to the Customer for
filling out a questionnaire on basic energy consumption characteristics,
consumption category, load character and principal energetic data on
technological equipment.
- Customer's consulting on issues that
may arise when filling out the questionnaire;
- Comparative analysis of the
Customer's data with the energy consumption parameters of the similar steel
industry companies (active factory in the Volgograd region and abuilding
factory in the Rostov region) in order to find out possible going up and going
down power, category and other characteristics.
- Report record of initial data for
further work.
- Working
out with the Regional Dispatching Office (RDO) variants of connection, with
valid parameters of electric network load.
- Preparation
of documents package and their submitting to the Rostov RDO.
- Holding
negotiations with Rostov RDO and obtaining no less than 3 variants of
technological connection of the Customer's object to the electric network;
Outcome
Implementation of the project has been suspended by the resolution of the
region administration on declining proposal of metallurgical company on construction
of electro-metallurgical plant in Volgodonsk due to the potential threat to
region's economy.
